Existing Mortgage Website Rate Add-On Tool©
We have created a rate add-on tool that can be added to any existing mortgage website. We import mortgage rates and corresponding adjusters from a handful of lenders. Currently, those lenders are UWM, Rocket, Provident Funding and Franklin American. We realize that is a small representation of all the lenders available. But our goal was never for it to be a pricing engine. It was to offer live accurate mortgage rates on some of our website platforms. If you are approved with UWM, you can show accurate rates from them with your comp plan built in. A visitor to your website can enter their loan amount, property value, credit score etc. and the site will show accurate rates, points, monthly payments and closing costs. We understand that you may work with a lender that we are not setup with that can offer a rate that is .125 points better then what your website shows. But because rates can change so quickly throughout the day, we felt the exorbitant amount of extra work to bring in additional lenders wasn’t cost effective for us. However, we talk to our clients daily and if we see a lender that is gaining in popularity, we won’t hesitate to add them.

Questions & Answers
We import rates and the corresponding adjusters from a handful of lenders that our clients mostly use. Currently, those are UWM, Rocket, Provident Funding and Franklin American. While we realize that is a small representation of all the lenders available, our goal was never to be a pricing engine, it was to offer live accurate retail mortgage pricing on our rate website platforms. If you are approved with UWM, you can show rates with your comp plan built in. A visitor to your website can enter their loan amount, property value and credit score etc. and the site will show accurate rates, points, monthly payments and closing costs etc. Sure, you may work with a lender that we are not setup with that can offer an 1/8 of a point better then what’s shown on your site. But at the end of the day, the rates can change by an 1/8 of a point by the time they call you and lock in a rate. It is exponentially more work to bring in the majority of lenders as opposed to a handful, just to go from 99% accurate to 99.9% accurate and that benefit wasn’t cost effective.
We have been designing mortgage websites since 2003. We designed our first mortgage website with rates in 2005. We have been upgrading them ever since. Every 30 minutes our system checks to see if there have been any rate updates from each of our approved lenders. Our system brings in the rates along with rate adjusters for LTV and cash out refinance etc. and applies your comp. There is a backend admin panel where you can also enter rates manually and create unlimited rules to adjust rates, comp and handle closing costs.
You can purchase our rate add-on tool right on our website. Once that is done, you will receive an email auto responder with a link to a form that you will need to fill out and submit. A representative from our company will contact you via email or a phone call within one business day of placing your order. We will semi-customize the add-on with your logo, contact information, as well as color scheme and images. There are many ways you can connect to the add-on tool. For example: you can place a button on your site that says, “See Live Rates Now,” or you can add Todays Rates within the menu. The entire rate add-on tool is hosted and maintained on our servers and can be assigned to a subdomain or domain of your choosing. We recommend a sub-domain because there is not any additional cost, and it ties into your main site more seamlessly. (For example, if you own mortgages.com, you can setup rates.mortgages.com for the add-on tool). You can either use an iframe or open it within the same tab or a new tab. The web designer you use for your current website can easily help you with this.
No there is not. We want you to be a client because you like our products and services. You can call or email us at any time with questions, concerns, or cancellations. We take care of most things within one business day.
